내가 보고 느끼는 것, 창작하고 소통하는 과정에서 문화가 어떤 영향을 주는지 고민해 보세요.
어린 시절의 전통부터 지금의 새로운 경험까지, 여러분의 일상, 커뮤니티, 그리고 더 넓은 세상에서 문화가 어떻게 드러나고 스며드는지 작품으로 표현해 보세요.

분야별 아이디어 (POSSIBLE DIRECTIONS)
>일상 속 문화: 나의 언어, 음식, 반복되는 작은 의식이나 습관, 내가 머무는 여러 공간 등 일상 속 사소한 것들이 어떻게 나를 정의하고 내게 편안함을 주는지 탐구해 보세요.
>문화 간의 만남: 내 삶에서 서로 다른 세계가 교차한 순간들을 떠올리고, 그 경험이 나의 세계관을 어떻게 변화시켰는지 생각해 보세요.
>전통과 변화: 나에게 가치 있게 여겨지는 전통적 요소나, 내가 의문을 품거나 새롭게 해석하는 부분이 있는지 살펴보고, 이를 통해 문화가 세대를 넘어 어떻게 변화하는지 고민해 보세요.
>공동체와 집단적 기억: 내 삶에서 ‘우리’ 라는 공동체의 의미가 뚜렷해진 순간을 생각해 보세요.
>움직이는 문화: 현대 사회의 기술 발전과 문화적 교류, 그리고 새로운 예술적 사회적 움직임이 미래를 이끌어가는 문화 변동의 흐름을 탐구해 보세요.

>Cross-Cultural Encounters: Reflect on moments when different worlds collided and reshaped your perspective.
>Tradition & Transformation: Explore a tradition you cherish, question, or reinvent in daily life.
>Community & Collective Memory: Highlight the memories, stories, or shared experiences that define your community.
>Culture in Motion: Respond to the cultural shifts of today, from tech to new creative or social movements guiding the future.

공모 부문 (Categories)

1) 시각 예술 부문 (VISUAL ART ENTRIES)
>드로잉 및 회화
>도자 공예 및 조각 조소
>의류 및 의상 디자인
>그래픽 디자인 및 3D 아트

 

>Drawing & Painting
>Ceramic & Sculpture
>Fashion & Costume Design
>Graphic Design & 3D Art

 

2) 영상 부문 (FILM ENTRIES)
>장편 영상 (10분 이상)
>중편 영상 (1~10분)
>숏폼 영상 (1분 이내)

 

>Long-form Videos (over 10 min)
>Mid-form Videos (1–10 min)
>Short-form Videos (under 1 min)

 

*시각/영상 분야 필수 기재 사항 (150자 이내)
>작품 영감의 원천: 작품에 대한 영감은 어떻게 얻었는가
>주제와의 연관성: 공모전의 주제와 해당 작품은 어떤 연관성이 있는가
>창작 과정: 창작 영감으로부터 작품 완성까지의 과정
>전달하려는 메시지: 관객에게 어떤 메시지를 전하고자 하는가

 

*Must include an artwork or film description (150 words) that considers:
>What inspired your piece?
>How does it relate to the contest brief?
>Describe your creative practice.
>What message(s) do you hope to deliver to your audience?

 

3) 글쓰기 부문 (WRITTEN ENTRIES)
>시나리오 및 희곡 (3000자 이내)
>단편소설 및 에세이 (2500자 이내)
*250자 이내 요약문 필수 포함

 

>Screenwriting & Playwriting (3000 words or less)
>Short Stories & Narrative Essays (2500 words or less)
*Must include a summary of the text (250 words)

제출 형식(Submission Format)

>시각 예술 작품: 고해상도 JPEG 또는 PNG 파일
>영상 작품: YouTube 링크로 제출
>모든 글 및 설명자료: PDF 형식
>제출 방법: 공식 웹사이트 신청서 작성 후 작품 업로드

 

>Art: High-resolution JPEG or PNG
>Film: Submit via YouTube link
>All written material & descriptions: PDF format
>Submission Method: Fill out the application form and upload your entry

참가 자격(Entry Type)

>그룹1: 만 14세 이하의 학생 (개인 또는 팀)

>그룹2: 만 15세에서 19세 사이의 학생 (개인 또는 팀)

**국내외 중학생 및 고등학생이라면 누구나 참가할 수 있습니다.

 

> Tier I: A student with Korean nationality who is under the age of 14 (Individual or Team)
> Tier II: A student with Korean nationality who is between the ages of 15 19  (Individual or Team)

**Students from middle school to high school, both domestic international are eligible to enter the contest

수상자 전원은 전세계 주요 문화 예술 기관에 디지털로 배포되는 YouthCanvas Winners Showcase에 수록되어 특별한 네트워킹 기회를 얻고 예술가로서의 전문성을 키울 수 있습니다.

Gold Award winners will be featured on our VNV Instagram account, including a permanent, contest-specific Instagram Highlight.
>Rising Stars Membership
Gold award winners will become VNV Rising Stars, receiving a permanent Rising Stars member page and digital lookbook featuring a selection of their artworks. They will also receive guidance from the VNV network as well as a chance to be featured in global VNV events and initiatives in the future.
>Winners Showcase
All winners will be featured in the prestigious YouthCanvas Winners Showcase. Distributed digitally to major art and cultural institutions worldwide, a spot in this publication serves as a unique networking opportunity and means of professional development.
>Certificates
All winners will receive an official digital certificate in honor of their achievement.
